In 1999, a close friend introduced me to the concept of Reiki; soon I found that I could apply this ancient Japanese art of healing both naturally and powerfully. At around the same time, my belief in helping and assisting people to discover their full potential guided me yet again to another key phase of my life; I researched and investigated the power of the unconscious mind. This has led me to study Clinical Hypnotherapy with a view of providing holistic and complementary therapies that aid the development and healing of the whole person.

So, in 2001 I qualified as a Reiki Master Practitioner, and in the same year I gained my Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy. I am a full member with the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH) and a registered member with the NHS.

I work with private and business clients in Bramhall, Stockport and throughout Greater Manchester & Cheshire.
